Price list / Carry costs Currencies Our price reference is Swiss francs (CHF). On customers request we invoice in EUR or in USD. A change of a once chosen invoicing currency requires our acceptance. Exchange rates / Price changes EUR and USD exchange rate fluctuations and CHF price changes will be adjusted twice a year on June 30 and December 31 without further notice. Price lists Two price lists (spring scales / electronic scales) in excel format are ready for download on our homepage. These lists and our homepage quote the same assortment and only their prices are up to date. The assortment in the printed catalog may not be fully up to date. Standard sales prices The prices quoted are the recommended net end-user prices excluding VAT, shipping, duty (no duty for PESOLA spring scales in the EU). The current  market prices may vary depending on country, pattern of trade and margins of distributors. Discounts (only for distributors and large customers) Discount rates applicable may differ for the product group of spring scales and for the group of electronic balances and their accessories. On sales offers no discounts are applicable. Registered dealers and large customers have their possible personal discounts marked on their customer data sheet. When ordering with our e-shop the discount rates are automatically displayed after login with your general e-mail address and password. Small quantity surcharge (only for distributors and large customers) Deliveries below CHF 100.00 net product value, before tax, will be subject to CHF 10.00 surcharge automatically calculated in the e-shop. The corresponding EUR and USD amounts are calculated at the PESOLA exchange rate (also valid for the amounts to  following carry costs). Packaging / Administration Packaging and administration-fee per delivery is CHF 8.00. This fee is not charged for e-shop orders. Special forms (e.g. for other than standard forwarding agents) and documents requested by customers are invoiced. Calculation of postal shipping costs Our e-shop evaluates the shipping weight of your inquiry or order. Depending on the selected mode of dispatch: ECONOMY, PRIORITY or URGENT, the costs will be calculated accordingly. Conditions of payment Payments from abroad shall carry the remark "free of charges for the recipient". Sorry, we are not able to accept any check. Payment by credit card (VISA / MasterCard) is for security reasons only feasible for e-shop orders. Prepayment of a pro forma invoice or an e-shop confirmation. In accordance with PESOLA, delivery in return for payment within 30 days net from date of invoice. Payment is only complete, when the full invoice amount has been settled, without loss on exchange rate or fees of any kind.
